Meet the Team
Ray Napoles, CEO, Ray earned his HVAC certification from Summit College in 2017 and has spent more than nine years working hands‑on with HVAC/R systems—inspecting, testing, servicing, installing, and repairing equipment with skill and care. With over 30 years of customer service experience, he brings a strong people‑first approach to every job. In 2025, he earned his C‑20 Contractor’s License in HVAC, underscoring his commitment to quality, safety, and serving the community with fully licensed expertise.
